Students are invited to sign up for a meeting with their guidance counsellor (click to find yours) to discuss course selections. 

Course selection meetings will take place between January 16-27, 2025. Visit the Guidance Office starting on January 14, 2025 to sign up.

A copy of the course selection information sheet that will be distributed during the guidance meetings can be found on Edsby.

Once your courses have been chosen, the digital copy of your course selections must be signed by your parent/guardian and uploaded by January 27, 2025 at 9:00 PM. Click here to upload.

Course Calendar

Information Regarding Summer School:

This summer, TanenbaumCHAT will be offering summer school courses for students who are entering Grades 11 and 12 in September 2025. 

Students who take a summer school course are able to focus on a ‘U’ level course free from other academic obligations and are able to select an additional elective course to take during the school year. 

The summer school courses that are being offered are:
• Grade 11 Biology (SBI 3US) 
• Grade 12 Advanced Functions (MHF 4US) 
• Grade 12 Jewish Ethics (HZT4UES)

Please note that students will not receive an additional spare for taking a course during the summer. Grade 11 students may choose to take 1 spare during their Grade 11 year, and Grade 12 students may choose to take up to 2 spares in their Grade 12 year.

The summer school schedule is as follows:
Weekdays from August 15-29, 2025 
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
In September/October there will be some classes on Sundays - details TBC.
All dates are subject to change and will be confirmed by early March 2025.

How to sign up for summer school:
​If students would like to sign up for a summer school course, they should do so when they choose the rest of their courses during the course selection process in January 2025. 

At the beginning of March 2025, families of students who registered for summer school will be contacted in order to confirm their interest, and to submit a deposit which will reserve a space in the course.
